Puerto del Carmen is by far the most popular destination in Lanzarote and for some very good reasons. The weather is the best and most reliable. The whole length of the town has wonderful sandy beaches. Wining and dining options are numerous and of the best quality, its also only a ten minute drive from the airport.
If you want a sense of the historic side of Puerto del Carmen then a 20 minute walk will see you to the old town harbour. A really quant and picturesque fishing harbour surrounded by beautiful places to eat, drink and take in the views and atmosphere.
Just a few minutes inland is the golf course. You can even see this from upstairs in the house.
The house is located directly inland from the Lanzarote Casino. Follow this road up and the complex is on the right side. If you have a hire car there is always ample parking on the road. The front door to the house is a few seconds from the parking. You can let yourself in it any time via access to the keylock box located outside the front door.

The communal pool is a few seconds away but not too close.
You enter the house via the front door and into a short hallway. To the left is the door to the utility and clothes drying area. To the right another door opens into the washing machine area.

Further on is the bright and airy lounge with large comfy sofa, quality coffee table and chairs. The TV receives UK channels, switch to Spanish TV with many channels allowing a language change to English. A usb pen drive holds lots of great films.
A high quality wooden table with seats for four is located next to the full length glass windows to your large and private sun terrace.
Fully fitted kitchen. Double height fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all plates and utensils you could need. Window overlooking the outside dining table and parasol
Through the full length glass patio doors is the large sun terrace. Here you will find four comfy sun beds to relax on all day long. There is also a wooden outside dining table for four with parasol.
Up the stairs are the two bedrooms and main bathroom

Large room with shelves full of towels, bath and shower plus sink with hair dryer.
Ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer. On arrival we will have left a small welcome pace with some drinks and food to welcome your arrival.
